Easy Tomato Tart

Ingredients
1 (10" x 10") pre-rolled sheet of puff pastry
3 tomatoes, sliced
1 tbspVegetable Seasoning
Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste
Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste
1 cup mixed greens
1 recipe preparedParis Bistro Sauce, or sauce of your choice
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
- On a Sheet Pan, lay out puff pastry. Cover with layers of sliced tomato and sprinkle with seasoning.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the pastry puffs up and browns at the edges.
- Garnish with mixed greens and drizzle with sauce.
