A healthy and delicious alternative to traditional mashed potatoes made with cream.
4 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
2⁄3 cup milk
2 tbsp olive oil
- Boil potatoes Approximately 20 minutes, or until tender. Drain in removable colander, and return to pot. Cover, and set aside.
- Heat milk with Herb & Garlic Dip Mix in Multipurpose Pot - 8 cup.
- Mash or whip potatoes until lump-free. Add milk mixture and remaining ingredients, stirring until smooth.
