12 chicken drumsticks or 6 drumsticks and 6 skinless boneless chicken breasts, cut in half
1 - 2 tbsp olive oil
chopped parsley, optional
- Preheat grill.
- Place chicken in a large bowl. Sprinkle with Montreal Chicken Rub. Squeeze in juice from 1 lemon and drizzle with oil. Using your hands, toss to coat evenly.
- Place chicken on grill and barbecue over medium heat, turning often, until cooked through. This will take 20–25 minutes for drumsticks and about 8–15 minutes for breasts. Remove each piece as done and cover with foil to keep warm.
- Slice remaining lemon into wedges and dish up with chicken. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, if desired.
